The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested small business sources and gather feedback on the draft scope of work.
See attached draft scope of work for full project requirements. Scope includes replacement of the existing hot water boiler, heating fan coil units, and window air conditioning units with a centralized energy efficient ground source heat pump system. The selected contractor shall design and install the new heating and cooling system for Building 290, Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station (ANGS) via a Design-Build contract. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government's budget for this project is $165,600.

If your company previously provided any of this information under SAM.gov notice JB2403, Geothermal HVAC Design-Build, you do not need to resubmit.
In the event adequate small business contractors are not available for competition, this project may be advertised as unrestricted.
