Project Assessment Quotation (PAQ) services must continue uninterrupted for Missouri citizens as the Department of Social Services unwinds from requirements of Public Health Emergency, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and Medicaid Expansion. The PAQs executed under C314028001 are specific to contract C314028001 and cannot be completed under the replacement contract CS202412001. It is vital that the Missouri Human Services Eligibility & Enrollment Contact Center contract remain in place in order to continue providing PAQ services to current and future Medicaid-eligible clients. Infocrossing, LLC is the only source from which to acquire the uninterrupted services since they have expertise in providing the current contact center services for Medicaid eligible clients. As a result, this meets the criteria as a single feasible source under section 34.044 RSMo.
