The contractor shall understand and agree that failure to comply with any of the mandatory requirements may result in the cancellation or termination of the contract. The contractor must: Operate a Mail-In Process License Office (“MIPLO”) under the name of the legal entity, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)/Social Security Number, and IRS tax filing type identified in the signature blocks at the bottom of the RFP cover page.
