Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requires a contract to provide Early Head Start Home Based Option (EHS HBO) year-round home visiting model services for seven counties in the South-Central Region of the State of Missouri, including Butler, Carter, Dent, Reynolds, Ripley, Shannon, and Wayne counties, identified as at risk by the Missouri Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) State Needs Assessments. The Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program grant award funding includes the provision of EHS HBO home visiting services in Butler and Ripley counties. South Central Missouri Community Action Agency (SCMCAA) is the only provider of EHS HBO services in the South-Central Region that complies with MIECHV grant requirements.
