A. Billing Billing will be on a monthly, self-submitted basis and in accordance with CU’s practices and procedures. All Stop Loss charges will be paid within 10 days following the end of the month in which coverage is provided. B. Endorsements, Riders and General Conditions All policy riders, endorsements, and general conditions in CU’s existing policy will be made a part of any policy issued. C. Actively At Work Provision Employees on FMLA or a paid leave of absence may continue medical coverage as long as premiums are remitted to CU. Stop Loss premiums will in turn be paid to the Stop Loss insurer. D. No Loss/No Gain Provision All coverages are to be underwritten on a no loss, no gain basis with regard to pre-existing conditions and existing disabilities for all currently participating employees and dependents. It is the intent of this provision that participants will not be adversely financially affected by any change in carriers.
