The City of St. Joseph Parks, Recreation, and Civic Facilities Department is seeking interested parties to submit proposals to enter into a lease agreement with the City of St. Joseph to operate a business in the space at 114, 122 and 124 S. 8th Street, retail/office space in the Missouri Theater Complex. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to provide the selection process for leasing the space. The city desires to complete the RFP process by the middle of January, at which time, a proposal or proposals will be selected and presented to the St. Joseph City Council. A proposer can select one or all addresses available for lease, but it is recommended the space associated with 122/124 be leased as one unit due to the size of each and a common restroom. The 114 address does not adjoin with the other two.
