Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Inc., can provide the department with mobile application (“DriveWell Go”) and telematics data analysis services to facilitate a safest driver competition as part of the BUPD campaign. Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Inc. is the only provider capable of facilitating this competition with population level data analytics, demonstrate baseline risk, and then translate effectiveness of the competition to the overall population using the same methodology. The competition will include dozens of high schools and/or businesses throughout Missouri to determine which organization and which individuals demonstrate the safest driving behaviors.
