The City of Osage Beach seeks qualified vendors to provide managed information technology (IT) services for our network infrastructure, Mitel VOIP system, and cybersecurity. This RFQ intends to gather quotations from managed service providers (MSPs) with demonstrated experience and expertise in delivering comprehensive network management, VOIP management, and cybersecurity services. The primary goal is to ensure optimal performance and security of our IT infrastructure, protect against evolving cyber threats, comply with relevant data protection regulations, and maintain the City’s phone system.
