Specifications include, but are not limited to: Details of Site 1: Dept of Public Health located at 1650 Boonslick, St. Charles, MO 63301 • Upper back parking lot: crack fill and seal with a 1:1 coat. 1 coat squeegee and one seal coat. • Asphalt drive near dumpster: Remove repair area(s) to a depth of 4 inches. Haul away all materials from site. Replace areas with 2 inches compacted base mix asphalt and cap base asphalt with 2 inches compacted hot surface mix asphalt, blending and tapering where necessary. Form a Swale at the front of the parking spaces by the blocks to help with water drainage facing the building. • Concrete pad by dumpster: Saw cut and remove asphalt, replace with appropriate fill and place 4500psi concrete mixture to a 6-inch depth in lieu of asphalt. • Front Parking Lot: Remove repair area(s) to a depth of 4 inches. Haul away all materials from site. Replace areas with 2 inches compacted base mix asphalt and cap base asphalt with 2 inches compacted hot surface mix asphalt, blending and tapering where necessary. ALTERNATE: • Install a trench drain approximately 6” wide x 25’ long to empty on the bottom portion of the parking lot. This drain to be located by the parking blocks and steps into the building. Details of Site 2: Police Department and Emergency Operations Center located at 101 Sheriff Dierker Ct. O’Fallon MO 63366 • Police Dept: Contractor to rotomill 2 inches at specified areas; haul away debris and replace areas with surface mix asphalt to an end compaction of no less than 2 inches, blending and tapering where necessary. Details of Site 3: Recycle Center located at 60 Triad South Drive, St. Charles MO 63304 • Rotomill 2 specified areas of existing pavement to a depth of 2 inches. All repairs to be shaped symmetrically where possible. Install surface mix asphalt to an end compaction of no less than 2 inches, blending and tapering where needed (Areas outlined in Red). • Contractor to Crack fill and seal specified location with a 1:1 application. 1 coat squeegee and 1 coat spray (Area outlined in yellow). • Contractor to replace concrete pad in front of loading area with 4500psi concrete mixture to a 6” depth (Area outlined in green). • Contractor to perform at mixture of 12-24’ mil and asphalt patch as well as crack fill and seal with 1:1 application (area outlined in Black).
