The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Total Area: 114’ wide x 120’ long. • Main Surface: Concrete. • Perimeter: An 8’ strip of asphalt on the east and west sides (not in the area of play). • Painting Requirements (see attached drawing): 1. Tennis Court (West Side): Dark blue court with white lines. 2. Pickleball Courts (West Side): Light blue lines on either end of the tennis court. 3. Pickleball Courts (East Side): Two end-to-end courts. Dark blue courts with white lines and light blue non-volley areas. 4. Surrounding Areas: All areas outside the courts are to be painted green. The contractor must supply both materials and labor for the project. 4. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS The detailed specifications for the court construction include: 1. Surface Preparation: o Etch the concrete pad with muriatic acid. o Neutralize the muriatic acid and rinse the pad. 2. Joint and Surface Repairs: o Fill in saw-cut expansion joints using Crack Magic filler. o Repair any “bird bath” depressions (size and depth determined by the owner). 3. Adhesion and Resurfacing: o Apply one (1) coat of adhesion promoter to the entire court surface. o Apply two (2) coats of Sportmaster Acrylic Resurfacer with silica sand (50-10) at 8 lbs. per gallon to the entire court surface
