The contractor shall provide an all-inclusive pest and rodent control program that shall be performed on dates and times mutually agreed upon between the City and the contractor. The contractor shall understand and agree that the pest control services should be provided during normal working hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) Monday through Friday, unless otherwise requested by the City and Attachment 2, Current City Locations Serviced. The contractor shall understand and agree that the City locations currently being serviced are listed in Attachment 2, including location specific hours. The contractor shall understand and agree that other locations/services may be added on as needed throughout the duration of the contract. The contractor and contractor’s personnel providing the pest control services shall be trained, qualified, and certified applicators.
