Furnish and install .060 attached TPO roof system Class A fire rated roof system according to manufacturers’ published specifications and requirements, Rhino Bond preferred. Furnish and install new ES-1 rated coping cap or fascia metal as specified at perimeters. No shop fabricated coping. Paint all gas lines yellow. Furnish & install new polymer gas line supports. Dura-Blok is basis of design. Furnish & install sixteen new vent caps. Gauge & style to match existing like kind & quality. Remove existing damaged skylight and permanently close with decking and roofing material to match the new roofing system. Furnish & install walk pads at access hatch and the service side of all HVAC units. Furnish manufacturer’s Twenty-year material & workmanship warranty with 72mph wind coverage. Manufacturer’s warranty must include perimeter metal.
