The scope of work includes resurfacing the pool slide ride surface and refinishing the slide's metal structure as follows: A. Pool Slide Ride Surface 1. Surface Cleaning and Preparation o Pressure wash and clean the slide using Simple Green or an approved equivalent. o Mechanically abrade the slide surface, rinse, and prepare for new coating application. 2. Repair o Repair any deep scratches, gouges, or other defects using Bondo with hardener. 3. Masking and Surface Protection o Apply masking to surrounding areas to protect non-work surfaces during coating. 4. Coating Application o Spray apply one (1) coat of Tnemec 161 epoxy in a color that matches the existing slide. o Spray apply one (1) coat of Tnemec 1094 Fluoronar in a color that matches the existing slide. 5. Finishing o Ensure a smooth finish with no debris or roughness on the ride surface
