The Project anticipates the following scope of work which shall be validated by Firm: City Hall – Interior modifications include a partial First Floor office renovation including a small addition for two additional offices. Open office finish upgrades, new transaction windows and ADA enhancements. Partial basement renovation includes the expansion of the women’s locker room and fitness area, secure evidence storage and secure records storage. Creation of officer report writing and wellness areas. Police Department – First Floor renovation to provide space for all Police Department operations in one area and shall include a new two-bay sallyport addition that requires CMU infill of existing walls. Modify holding area to accommodate three cells maximum with prisoner decontamination room. Create two new interview rooms, roll call room, new offices and copy/print area. Break Room renovation and finish upgrades throughout shall be included. The City Hall and Police Department location will require exterior site and façade improvements along with new roofing, upgraded HVAC, new plumbing risers and lighting replacement. A refresh of the entrance vestibule and new storefront and doors will also be included. Temporary facilities and phasing will be required within the design to complete the proposed scope of work.
