1. The contractor shall provide temporary personnel as requested by the University. All temporary personnel must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions and communicate fluently in American English. 2. The contractor shall provide temporary personnel any time of the day, any day of the week, and at the place designated by the University. 3. The contractor’s temporary personnel shall be subject to the rules, regulations, and policies of the University. 4. The contractor’s temporary personnel must meet the approval of the University. If requested by the University, the contractor shall replace any temporary person with whom the University is not satisfied. 4.1 At the request of the University, the contractor shall provide references, resumes, and/or test scores for temporary personnel. The University reserves the right to conduct interviews with selected temporary personnel after review of such information. 4.2 The University reserves the right to reject any or all of the temporary personnel selected by the contractor. The University will provide the contractor with justification for each rejection.
