Provide pest control services, on a monthly basis, to each of the city properties listed below. Each property will receive a monthly inspection, spray treatment to all exits and entrances, remove and monitor wasp and mud dauber nests, placement of bait station and or catch cans where applicable, bait for ants, place glue traps and spray baseboards in kitchen areas. Vendor must respond with retreatment call backs or follow ups at no cost if the contract supervisor receives or has complaints of pest breakthroughs within the monthly treatment time frame. If further pest control issues are noticed during the visit, the technician must notify the contract supervisor of issues, and the treatment plan will be discussed with the vendor outside the constraints of this contract. Services include the control of walking, crawling, or flying pests, such as crickets, roaches, silverfish, fleas, rats, mice, carpenter ants, ants, spiders, etc. (Excludes Termites)
