The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) and the Department of Mental Health (DMH) require the addition of LDAP/SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration to the existing Food Management Software system from the CBORD Group, Inc. CBORD is the exclusive and sole supplier of the Food Service Suite family of systems, the systems’ development, and support, and owns 100% of the source code. CBORD does not utilize any outside dealers or resellers or use third party vendor to upgrade, maintain, or support their systems. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria as a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 and the state is pursuing the acquisition of via a Single Feasible Source procurement.
