Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide Truck Mounted Attenuators; Units shall be delivered as specified herein to various locations throughout the state as specified below and shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination. The Contractor agrees to pay all transportation charges on the units. Freight costs must be included in the unit price bid and not listed as a separate line item. MoDOT will not pay additional surcharges. Sikeston, MO 63801; 3.8.1 Upon delivery, the Bidder shall provide one (1) Operator's Manuals in hard copy, one (1) Parts Books {one (1) hardcover and one (1) cd or USB}, and one (1) Technical Service Manual for each unit. 3.8.2 All other available manuals should be provided, if any, including but not limited to any solar communications manuals and software operation manuals. 3.8.3 Additional copies of Operator's Manuals shall be provided periodically as they are updated over the life of the contract. 3.8.4 An electronic source for all manuals and parts books shall be provided upon request by MoDOT, via internet site, jump drive, cd, etc. 3.8.5 The Bidder shall provide a contact name and number. The contact person must be available for MoDOT representatives to contact for technical assistance Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
