Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide adequate number of photographers for photography days. i. Elementary and intermediate schools will require 3 photographers on initial fall and spring photo days.; ii. Nixa High School will require a minimum of 5 photographers on initial fall photo day; iii. Nixa Junior High will require a minimum of 4 photographer on initial fall photo day; iv. A reduced number of photographers are acceptable on retake days.; b. Ensure customer-friendly staff at photography days.; c. Schedule enough time to allow for younger students to take good photos.; d. Photo Packages; e. Describe the various picture combination packages including the various sizes and number of each, plus cost. The following year’s prices must be provided to district by Feb. 1.; f. Provide picture package information to each school building by August 1 each year.
