The Capital Area District Libraries is seeking proposals for services to prepare specifications for bidding out replacement of existing Fire Alarm System at the Downtown Branch located at 401 S Capitol Ave. Lansing Mi. 48933. The building is approximately 70,000 square feet with a basement, Mezzanine, First, Second, Third floors and a Penthouse. Price will include all necessary services including developing a set of drawings/specifications to meet requirements for bidding, all codes (state, local, NFPA, etc.), documentation, building survey, etc, and monitoring the full installation to ensure it meets design and final inspection and testing.

A mandatory pre-bid/walk-through will be held on Monday, February 19th at 9:00 AM at the Capital Area District Libraries Downtown Branch located at 401 South Capitol Ave., Lansing, Michigan. The meeting will be held in the Board Room on the Third Floor. After discussion a walk-though will be conducted which will include discussion of the work required. At that time, all bidders will be able to ask questions concerning this request.
