Summary of Specifications:
The Charter Township of Clinton is requesting proposals for digitization of public records the Township Supervisor and Clerk’s Offices for use in an Electronic Content Management repository. The Township purchased Laserfiche Avante in 2014; as the software is implemented in each department, the Township has a need to inventory and digitize back file records for that department. The Township strongly supportive of the development of high quality, third party data conversion services. The scope of this RFP only includes public record files the Township Supervisor and Township Clerk’s Offices in a variety of media formats.
