Summary of Specifications:
Work of the contract includes repairs to the bell tower including removal of existing bell tower cupola and supports, replacement of support framing, soffit and partial cover, and re-installation of the cupola. Access up into the bell tower is extremely limited. Observations can be made from the ground. There is an access opening in the ceiling of the room below the bell tower but it contains no ladder access. Contractors are responsible for their own access routes. An existing door at the top of the bell tower has been permanently sealed, if access through this door, Contractor is responsible for re-securing the opening.
