Summary of Specifications:
The Township of Independence is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a minimum of (6) and a maximum of (8) cardiac monitors and ancillary equipment. Pricing on these items is being requested on an individual basis rather than a comprehensive unit. Individual prices are needed for the following items: Cardiac Monitor, with complete set of batteries, and all necessary cables, sensors and equipment to perform the following functions: (1) Defibrillation, (2) 12 lead ECG monitoring, (3) Intervention Tracking, (4) AED function, (5) Non-Invasive cardiac pacing, (6) Carbon Monoxide level monitoring, (7) SPO2 monitoring, (8) NIBP, (9) ETCO2. Protective carry cases with pouches (rear, top, sides), carry straps. Quick-Combo pads. Cables must be compatible with Physio Quick Combo pads. Spare 4 lead cable sets Spare 12 lead cable sets Battery charging unit (A/C) Replacement batteries Spare SPO2 Sensor Spare NIBP cuff set Additionally, the cardiac monitors must be capable of transmitting 12 Lead ECG information. Monitors and batteries must be covered by a minimum one (1) year service agreement 100% from any defect or damage. Bid price must include and vendor must be capable of providing training for three (3) shifts of personnel at time of delivery. Pricing must include same day service for repairs, software issues, monitor problems, etc. Pricing list must be provided for all replacement items.
