The Independence Township Department of Parks, Recreation and Seniors is accepting bids for a $12,000 fireworks display for their annual “Independence Fest”. The Event will be held on Monday, July 4, 2016 at 6000 Clarkston Rd, Clarkston*. Please note this is a new launch location for this event. Fireworks are scheduled to go off at about 10:05pm. Must be a 30 minute show, with an opening and grand finale. Rain date will be July 5, 2016, same time and location.
