Proposal Requirements:
ITPRS is considering Traditional or Sublimation style jerseys, depending on cost.
Bid Option A: Traditional Style Printed Jersey
Bid Option B: Sublimation Style Jersey
The bid proposal is to include the prices associated with the following. You may bid one or both options.
Reversible Style Athletic Soccer Jersey

- The purchase & delivery of 1300 youth and adult size reversible soccer jersey:
- Sizes will vary from youth size extra-small to adult size xxx large. Bid should include a price for each size. ITPRS will provide exact size breakdown at time of order (most will be youth sizes).
- If youth extra-small is not an option please make note.
- List reversible jersey color options to choose from.
- Front of Jersey: ITPRS Soccer Logo
- Left Sleeve of Jersey: ITPRS General Logo
- Back of Jersey: Uniform Number printed and centered across the back (Qty 1200 Player Jerseys), the word COACH printed and centered across the back (Qty 100
Coach Jerseys).
- The color of print will be one color on each side and will correspond with the colors of the jersey.
- The order will be placed with the accepted bidder by 5PM on December 18, 2024. The order must be completed and delivered to our office by 12pm on Monday January 6, 2025.
- Payment for this order will take place within 30 days of receipt of the invoice after materials have been received.
- A sample of proposed reversible jersey should accompany the bid.
- A minimum of two references should accompany the bid.
Selection Criteria:
Independence Township reserves the right to accept or reject any bid for any reason.
Selection will be based upon the submitted bid and evaluation of the product listed and provided. Finalists may be contacted to clarify their proposal and ensure mutual understanding. Independence Township reserves the right to end a contract at any point.
