RFP-CK-160603 - RFQ-2016: Paint Creek Trail Streambank Stabilization

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland Township Parks and Recreation is requesting bids for Streambank Stabilization along Paint Creek. The project includes streambank stabilization/restoration at two sites along the Paint Creek Trail, within the Charter Township of Oakland. The work consists of, but is not limited to, installation of geotextile fabric and field stone, seeding, and planting of live plant material. Paint Creek is protected for instream fisheries during the period October 1 through April 30. As such, construction must be completed prior to October 1. Relevant State of Michigan requirements and care to minimize erosion & sedimentation will apply. Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements WILL NOT apply.
