Summary of Specifications:
General Description of Work: Landscape maintenance services including but not limited to lawn mowing; fertilization and weed control; shrub pruning and trimming; and management of irrigation system including system winterization and spring start-up. General Description of Project Area: The Project Area consists of 2 phases. The West Phase of the Project Area extends along Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Township from General Drive to a short distance past the intersection of Ann Arbor Road and Sheldon Road. The East Phase extends along Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Township from Eckles Road to a short distance past the intersection of Ann Arbor Road and Haggerty Road. The East Phase also extends along Haggerty Road in Plymouth Township just north and south of Ann Arbor Road.
