Description

The Charter Township of Redford, Michigan is accepting sealed proposals seeking licensed professional construction management services for the preconstruction and construction phase for a new Recreation and Wellness Center Building and associated site work located at 14701 Beech Daly Road, Redford, Michigan. It is the intent of the Township to build a new Recreation and Wellness Center will which will better service the Township and its residents. The new Recreation and Wellness Center shall be designed to accomodate Redford Township staff, instructors, community members/visitors and interior/exterior program recreation spaces.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Charter Township of Redford, Township Hall Board Room, 15145 Beech Daly Road, Redford, Michigan 48239 on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 1:30 PM. Redfort Township representatives and Redford Township's Owner Representative will be present to discuss the Project. Proposers are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. Questions and clarifications during the pre-proposal meeting will be addressed and issued as an addendum.

Prepare and submit one (1) electronic copy, (1) original hard copy and four (4) hard copies of your proposal to the designee listed on the first page. Packages should be in 8.5" x 11" format.
