Specifications and proposal forms are on file and may be obtained beginning Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the offices of the Community Development Department, 12121 Hemingway, Redford, MI, 48239, the Township Clerk, 15145 Beech Daly, Reford, MI 48239 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or online at www.refordtwp.com. 

Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond by a recognized Surety Company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, drawn payable to the Charter Township of Redford, as security for the proper execution of the Contract. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of sixy (60) days after date of receiving of bids.
