Summary of Specifications:
Proposed construction includes, but is not limited to the installation of: Placement of 6038 L.F. of 8" cl. 54 Ductile Iron Water Main along Graham Ave. from Beech Daly Rd. to Telegraph Rd., including a 357 L.F. crossing of the Upper Rouge River between Lenore Ave. and Telegraph Rd. utilizing the Horizontal Directional Drilling Method. Placement of 330 L.F. of 8" cl. 54 Ductile Iron Water Main along Lennane Ave. from Graham Ave. to Ivanhoe Ave. Placement of 604 L.F. of 8" cl. 54 Ductile Iron Water Main along Salem Ct. from Graham Ave. north to a dead end. Placement of 8" cl. 54 Ductile Iron Water Main along Salem Ave. (436 L.F.), Dixie Ave. (506 L.F.), Winston Ave. (577 L.F.), Fenton Ave. (630 L.F.), and Lenore Ave. (630 L.F.) from Graham Ave. south to their ends at a Township owned parcel along the Rouge River. Placement of 1270 L.F. of 8" cl. 54 Ductile Iron Water Main, utilizing the Horizontal Directional Drilling method, within the Township owned parcel along the Rouge River looping the ends of the water mains placed along Salem Ave., Dixie Ave., Winston Ave., Fenton Ave., and Lenore Ave. Placement of 2636 L.F. of 8" cl. 54 Ductile Iron Water Main along Seminole Ave. from Schoolcraft Rd. to Lyndon Ave. The project also includes various appurtenances, pavement patching and restoration.
