Summary of Specifications:
Redford Twp District Library is looking for a vendor to run a public cafe in their building. Existing vendor is leaving, cafe will be available for occupancy March 2, 2009. Anticipated lease or license agreement to be entered into with winning bidder upon award of bid. Mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held on Friday, December 19th at 10:00 a.m. at which time questions will be answered. A representative of each Vendor's firm must attend and sign in. Vendors who do not attend pre-bid meeting will not be allowed to submit a proposal.
