Sealed Bids for the Richardson Center Sidewalks Project (#20004.00) will be received, by the Charter Township of Commerce, until 10:00AM local time on a Bid Opening date of Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after said Bid Opening date and time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the Bidder.
ATTENTION This is a Federally Funded project: The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24 CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act. Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. Each Bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, Engineer, and their respective Employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all base or alternative Bid items of work, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the Owner, and to award the Contract to other than the low Bidder.
Bids shall remain firm for a period of 90 days.
