Sealed bids marked “Bid to Install Generator” will be accepted by the Highland Township Clerk’s Office until 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019. All bids will be submitted to the Board of Trustees Board Board meeting of November 13, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. All bids shall conform to specifications on file in the Clerk’s Office and online at our website highlandtwp.net. Bidders must submit complete and detailed description of goods or services. This is a Federally Funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
