852570 - Northville Psychiatric Hospital Demolition - Buildings C,H,J,K,3,17 & Alternates

The Project includes, but is not limited to, the major items described below:
a. Demolition and removal of the buildings, foundations, footings, concrete slabs, bulkheading
connecting tunnels, selected driveways and parking lots and utilities at the Site.
b. Removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials.
c. Separation and bulkheading of steam/utility tunnels
d. Removal and disposal of universal wastes, light ballasts, regulated wastes and chemical
materials.
e. All sampling, characterization and laboratory analyses required to properly transport, recycle
and/or dispose of demolished materials and wastes.
f. Clearing, grubbing and removal of vegetation interfering with the execution of the Work.
g. Preparing, submitting and securing all required permits and documents, including all payment
and fees, necessary to complete the Work.
h. Removal of all underground piping and utilities as noted.
i. Concrete crushing
j. Site security
k. Grading all excavated and disturbed areas of the Site.
l. Topsoil and seeding.
m. Time-lapse photographic documentation of work
