RFP-2020-ENG-26 - GRATIOT AVENUE PRV & METER PIT RECONSTRUCTION

The Charter Township of Chesterfield (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
The Project includes the following Work: The removal of an existing metering and pressure regulating chamber, installation of a new metering and pressure regulating building complete with electrical, mechanical, SCADA, masonry veneer, roof, process piping, valves, meters and surrounding concrete paving, concrete sidewalk, grading and site restoration. Existing water main will be removed and re-routed into the new building as indicated on the Drawings and in Division 01 of these Specifications. The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 1 LS Existing Meter Pit and PRV Station, Remove 1 LS Meter Pit and PRV Enclosure, Complete 158 SY Conc, Pavt, Nonreif, 6 Inch 1 LS Electrical Connect, Complete 1 LS SCADA Systems, CH TWP
