Chesterfield Township is solicting proposals for “Network Support Services”. The support services required for this proposal include 24 hours of onsite engineer support, IT management, Network Administration, Hardware Support, Software Support, End User Support, and Network Device Support including 24/7 monitoring, Help Desk, Anti-Virus, and Anti-SPAM. The proposal requires support for Chesterfiled Township general offices and DPW buildings and departments.
The term of this contract will be one (3) year with an option for two (1) additional one year extensions.
Key objectives include:
- Provide hardware support for all servers, switches, routers, firewalls, workstations, printers, and other network devices for all the Chesterfield Township general offices and DPW buildings and departments.
- Provide 24 hours per week On-site support by Level 3 System Engineer.
- On-site 24 hours per week support will be provided three dedicated days a week.
- Provide software support for operating systems, server applications, and desktop applications like BS & A and other government software for all the Chesterfield Township general offices and DPW buildings and departments.
- Recommend and enhance the use of technology throughout all Chesterfield Township buildings and departments.
