Summary of Specifications:
The goal of this RFP is to find a telecommunications consultant who will provide a comprehensive analysis and a recommendation for moving forward with a system to replace the current voice mail and phone systems. The analysis would involve inspection and review of the current systems and making recommendations for replacement, including a cost analysis for each option recommended and assist in writing bid specifications upon approval of such recommendations.
