The City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a strategic business/operating plan for the Ann Arbor Senior Center. Such a plan is intended to 1) demonstrate the need for the Senior Center to provide services to residents in the City of Ann Arbor; 2) identify opportunities for program enhancement that can provide sustainable revenue streams; and 3) develop operational strategies that can be used to help reduce costs and enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness to ensure long term financial sustainability.
