Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, partnerships or firms for the purchase, implementation, maintenance and training of a Building Development Process Management Solution meeting the requirements of this RFP and fulfilling the desired performance outcome. Please note that the City of Ann Arbor expects each proposal to include a full business process analysis, along with the necessary business process reengineering to optimize our processes and take advantage of your solutions potential. Also, our processes are constantly adapted to meet new challenges or requirements. The details, and in some cases the underlying workflow, will have changed between the time this RFP is published and the implementation of your solution. The Planning and Development Services Manager along with the Director of Information Technology Services will oversee the direction and quality of work of this consultant.
