Summary of Specifications:
Work to be done includes the construction of Sidewalks, Corner Ramps, Curb & Gutter, Concrete Road Repair and all related work. Bid documents may be obtained on or after July 13, 2005 from the office of the Procurement Unit, Fifth Floor, City Hall, 100 N. Fifth Avenue Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The work to be completed under this Contract shall begin immediately after the Contractor’s receipt of a fully executed Contract. The entire work for this Contract shall be completed within 365 consecutive calendar days. Shorter completion times for certain portions of the work are specified in the Detailed Specifications
