A mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held November 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM (local time) at the City of Ann Arbor Compost Facility, 4170 Platt Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, location map above. Failure to attend the meeting and sign the ITB No. 4699 sign-in sheet at the pre-bid meeting will automatically disqualify a bidder from submitting a valid bid. Any bid submitted by a party not attending and signing the roster at the pre-bid meeting will not be opened or considered. Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at this time. The pre-bid meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially clarify the bid will be affirmed in an addendum.
The City’s COVID-19 safety protocols (masking, distancing, etc.) on this date will be followed for attendees of the mandatory pre-bid conference.
