RFP-957 - Construction Inspection Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor is requesting proposals from professional civil engineering firms able to provide construction inspection services required by the City of Ann Arbor and to assist the Project Management Services Unit as needed. 

The construction inspection services will be on an as-needed basis and will cover Private Development and Capital Improvement projects. The selected firm shall anticipate providing full-time and overtime inspection that may vary from multiple days with no hours and other days that will require up to three inspectors working simultaneously. In addition, the firm may be requested, on as-need basis, to provide inspections in connection with other projects when City inspectors are unavailable. 

Due to the nature of private development it is not possible to determine the number of inspection requests which may be required under the contract. The City makes no guarantee of a specific number work requests in soliciting these services.
