The City of Ann Arbor is seeking the services of a firm or firms to provide professional consulting engineering services for Construction Inspection Services. Inspection Services will include both private development work and capital projects with city and/or state and/or federal funding. The City is seeking these services for a period of three years. Selected firm(s) may adjust the initial rates as identified on the Fee Schedule for years 2 and 3 as described below. The Construction Specialist will oversee the direction and quality of work of this consultant.
