Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is to identify General Contractors/Construction Managers (GC/CM) that will be invited to submit proposals for Preconstruction Phase services for the Ann Arbor Fifth Avenue Underground Parking Structure and Street Improvements project. It is also the intention of the Ann Arbor DDA to enter into a Construction Phase agreement with the successful GC/CM, although selection for Preconstruction Phase services will not represent a commitment for the Construction Phase services. This SOQ is issued by the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Ann Arbor, Michigan.
