ITB-4241 - Demolition and Removal of Structures at 215 and 219 W. Kingsley

Summary of Specifications:
Work to be done includes the demolition of all structures, including removal of all retaining walls, basement wall, foundations, footing, and like subsurface structural elements, together with all walkways, driveways, and vegetation, including root structure, in the vicinity of the structures at above property locations. The work also includes grading per the attached grading plan (see Attachment A) and any other area that was disturbed in completing the work under this contract. The successful Contractor will be required to secure all necessary permits and perform the work in accordance with the general conditions and detailed specifications.
