Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor wishes to undertake the design of the replacement of the E. Stadium Boulevard Bridge over S. State Street and the E. Stadium Boulevard Bridge over the Ann Arbor Railroad tracks. It is the City of Ann Arbor’s intent to improve the pedestrian and aesthetic elements of this corridor. We are now seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms to provide the necessary design services for the preparation of plans and specifications to competitively bid and construct these improvements.
