Summary of Specifications:
This RFP is intended to provide engineering services, construction services, oversight, and management services for the East Huron Street (Business I-94) Sewer Lining Project. The City of Ann Arbor has an annual sewer televising and sewer lining program to line existing sanitary and storm sewers using standard Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining methods. As part of the sewer televising program performed in 2013, the 18” sanitary sewer segment upstream of manhole 71-70172 was noted to have multiple cracks and fractures and it was recommended to be lined.
