ITB-4033 - HIGH PERFORMANCE COLD PATCH

Summary of Specifications:
This work shall consist of producing and delivering bituminous patching materials as specified herein to stockpiles at the sites and in the amounts described in this bid document. The intent of this specification is to obtain a cold patching mixture that will remain pilable and workable at a temperature of -15 degrees F to 100 degrees F. The mixture should also be suitable for placement during cold, damp, winter weather conditions and maintain its performance features for up to 12 months from the date of delivery when stored in an approved stockpile.
