RFP-775 - Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspections

Summary of Specifications:
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC) is seeking proposals for the performance of inspections of its federally subsidized rental units using government established inspection guidelines called “Housing Quality Standards.” Interested parties are required to register with Nick Coquillard by email at ncoquillard@a2gov.org. Registering as an interested party assures efficient and adequate correspondence. The AAHC’s current portfolio consists of 1403 voucher of which approximately 1150 are leased rental units in Washtenaw, Western Wayne and Monroe counties. As a result, the AAHC is seeking contractual inspection services for initial move-in inspections, annual inspections, follow-up inspections (re-inspections) and special inspections as determined necessary.
