Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking a consultant to study the hydroelectric potential of four City-owned dams on the Huron River. The study will assess the feasibility of re-installing hydroelectric generating equipment at two dams and upgrading the existing hydroelectric facilities at two other dams. The results of the study will help guide the City's future decisions regarding management of the Huron River. Type of Contract - The contract will be a time and materials basis, with a “not to exceed” total. The contract will begin upon award and continue for approximately two months.
